1️⃣ Order Processing Time
All our products are custom-made to order. It typically takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order before it's shipped.
Please note:
- Processing times may extend during peak seasons or holidays.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2️⃣ Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are as follows:

3️⃣ Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specifics of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
4️⃣ Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
5️⃣ Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at mycolorden@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address. However, if the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
6️⃣ International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are not controlled by us and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely; please check with your local customs office for more information.
