At My Color Den, all purchases are final sale and non-refundable due to the custom-made nature of our products. Please carefully review before checkout.

1. All Sales Final

All products are sold as-is. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Case-by-Case)

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mycolorden@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.
  3. We will evaluate requests case-by-case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Please ensure accuracy before submitting.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom designs
  • Used or washed items
  • Sale/clearance items
